The Central Statistics Office (CSO) is the largest analytics and statistical organisation in Ireland. We collect, analyse and disseminate the most comprehensive social and economic data sets in the country. We are looking for a dynamic individual for the role of Principal Officer - Technology Infrastructure which is a senior IT management position in the CSO. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of CSO Technology Infrastructure Division reporting to the Chief Information Officer. The role includes running the CSO's infrastructure (networks, storage, hardware, external data centres, virtualisation environment), supporting CSO IT users, maintaining cyber security and driving major technology programmes such as document management and office automation.
