Data contained in the Information Society Statistics- Enterprises publication was collected during the COVID-19 crisis, from a sample of c. 4,000 enterprises. Despite difficult circumstances, many enterprises have continued to supply us with information and we wish to thank all survey respondents for their ongoing support.
However, due to temporary closures and on-going difficulties faced by some businesses, the response rate for the 2020 survey was lower than last year.
