Population Rating their Overall Life Satisfaction as High

This indicator refers to the overall life satisfaction of persons aged 16 years and over. As part of the annual Survey on Income and Living Conditions (SILC), respondents are asked to rate their satisfaction level with their overall life on a scale from 0 (‘Not at all satisfied’) to 10 (‘Completely satisfied’). The responses for the satisfaction level indicators are grouped as Low (0-5), Medium (6-8) and High (9-10).

Please note that values published in the national SILC publication and those published by Eurostat may differ due to methodological differences in calculating well-being personal weights.
