The 2024 results show that over half (56.5%) of large enterprises (250 or more people employed) had broadband speed of at least 500 Mbps, compared with 45.1% of medium enterprises (between 50 and 249 people employed) and 31.1% of small enterprises (between 10 and 49 people employed). Of small enterprises, 15.2% had no fixed broadband, compared with 12.1% of medium enterprises and 5.2% of large enterprises.
In 2024, 43% of enterprises paid to advertise on the internet. Of these, 24.1% advertised based on users’ web content or searches, 13.6% advertised based on geolocation, 9.3% advertised based on tracking past activities or user profiles, and 10.2% used another form of targeted advertising.
