Of the 37 countries Milk,Cheese and Eggs price levels were highest in Norway (74% above the EU28 average) and lowest in the North Macedonia and Poland (29% below the EU28 average). The Irish prices were 21% above the EU28 average while prices in the United Kingdom were 8% below the average. Again, we find less variation in prices among the Eurozone countries. Of the Eurozone countries the highest price levels were observed in Cyprus (36% above the EU28 average) and the lowest price levels were observed in Lithuania (10% below the EU28 average), see table 9.1 below.
 
Ireland ranked 7th most expensive of the 37 countries and 4th most expensive of the Eurozone countries.
