Of the 37 countries the highest price levels for Fish were observed in Switzerland (48% above the EU28 average) and lowest in North Macedonia (36% below the EU28 average). The Irish prices were 9% above the EU28 average while prices in the United Kingdom were 19% below the average.  Prices in Norway are also 9% above the EU 28 average. 
 
Of the Eurozone countries the highest price levels were observed in Austria (38% above the EU28 average) and the lowest price levels were observed in Lithuania (25% below the EU28 average), see table 8.1 below. 
 
Of the 37 countries Ireland, along with Norway, was the 12th most expensive.  Ireland was the 7th most expensive of the Eurozone countries. 
 
Figure 8.1 below shows the data for all 37 countries.
