The CSO introduced a COVID-19 Contact Logging system in June 2020 in line with the Government's Return to Work Protocol. This is a vital part of our efforts to keep CSO locations free of COVID-19. Contact logging will remain an important feature of these efforts for some time, particularly as more staff return to the office in the coming months.
Since then, HR and IT have worked with an external provider to develop a CSO Daily Contact Log app. The app is an improvement on the existing system in terms of ease of use and convenience.
Accessing the CSO Daily Contact Log App
The Daily Contact Log app can be accessed via the icon on the Lotus Notes homepage, the COVID-19 Staff Information page or by using the following link - https://cso.contactlog.ie

Staff members are asked to ensure they have completed a contact log for each day that they attend a CSO location. Line managers (HEO upwards) will also be able to see whether a contact log has been submitted for their staff on a given date (though they will not be able to see the details submitted).
